SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will have a delivery tracking number to ensure safe delivery subject to the courier company’s terms and conditions. You will receive an email with this information as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery.

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME

Estimate delivery time is five to ten business days depending on location. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional time.

LEGAL ISSUE

In regards to the destination country that banned vape product, it will always subject to buyer’s risk. Once parcel has left we are no longer responsible or be able to tolerate any chargeback cases.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s custom department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

CANCELING ORDER

If your order is not yet being processed, email us as soon as possible at monofukuvape@gmail.com and we’ll let you know if your cancellation is successful.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the products (ejuice), Monofuku does not accept any returns, exchange or refunds.However, all non-ejuice items (eg. clothing, merchandise and etc) returns are accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit right according to the sizing instructions provided.

All returns are subjected to an exchange for another size or product within the same price range, excluding the shipping costs. Shipping costs will have to be borne by you, the customer, however, if it is determined that the fault is ours (damaged or wrong item sent), the shipping costs will be borne by us.In order for us to accept them, a return email notification must be sent to us within 3 days upon the delivery date at monofukuvape@gmail.com
